Food is fuel for the soul! Good or Bad!

So this is it. I have tried about 3+ times now to have a blog and have been unsuccessful. Unsure as to why, I think I may have found the answer... I have been trying to blog about things I am not necessarily interested in at those particular moments. Well for those of you who know me personally, I am interested in something different every month, every week, and sometimes every day. Although I want to do, see and be everything, although there are the staples of interest that make me who I am. This will be the foundation of my new blog.

Something new and different for most of the time will be hopefully interesting to my reader and for me, well it will act as a diary of what truly drives me. I'm excited and I hope you are too.

Food is first!!! Lately, I have been into food. Going back and forth each week trying to decide if I want to "flirt" (as foodie and animal right activist Alicia Silverstone states in her book The Kind Diet) with becoming vegan, I've decided that I just want to see how close I actual am to a vegan diet. I am always taking pictures of the food I eat because I LOVE it. I love eating, I love cooking and I love sharing with others the great recipes I stumble upon. I already take pictures of the great food I eat frequently, but this is where the idea of sprouted from. I am going to be taking pictures of every thing I eat for two weeks. The good and the bad! I think I am a pretty decent eater, but this will be the honest truth. And all complied as one lump-sum in end, I'll be able to reflect. So let's get started.
